Laura Capell-Abra is the founder of Alpha Lupa, an author, facilitator and coach who has spent her career helping people perform in demanding environments.
Her background spans event management, business leadership, workplace wellbeing, management development and organisational performance. She is the author of Event Management For Dummies and has worked with organisations ranging from global brands to growing businesses.
Alpha Lupa brings those experiences together around a bigger question: What actually helps people do better work?
